Responsibilities

• Creating an environment of open communication
• Hiring and retaining talent for the organization at the right cost
• Managing company payroll
• Organizing important organizational events
• Resolving conflicts and internal issues
• Conducting exit interviews and overseeing termination processes
• Counseling stressed employees
• Working with departmental heads during appraisals
• Introducing employee wellness programs
• Creating company policies based on best practices
• Managing employee engagement activities like birthdays and important dates

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Hands-on experience with tools like Freshteam, Angel List, iimjobs, and CRM
• Proficiency with social networks including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• In-depth knowledge of local and central laws and HR best practices
