HR & ESG Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all matters relating to employment and social insurance legislation across entities
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and payroll compliance (ERGANI, digital work card)
• Develop and implement HR policies, internal work regulations, and training programs
• Lead the development and execution of the Group’s ESG strategy and sustainability initiatives
• Prepare and manage ESG-related disclosures, annual Impact Reports, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor ESG performance indicators and engage with stakeholders including investors and regulators
• Support bid and proposal teams with ESG requirements in public tenders

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related discipline
• Demonstrable experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Officer role, ideally in the IT sector
• Excellent knowledge of Greek employment and social insurance legislation
• Hands-on experience with ERGANI and payroll oversight
• Experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and EU regulatory requirements
• Fluency in Greek and good command of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or HR Management
• Familiarity with multi-country HR operations
• Experience engaging with institutional clients or regulators on ESG matters
