Requirements
Master’s degree in HR, Communication, or related field, 3 to 5 years experience in HR development, communication, hiring, or training, Automotive industry experience preferred
About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and regional calendars
- Create engaging content for internal channels including email, intranet, newsletters, town halls, and presentations
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, campaigns, and events
- Partner with HR, leadership, and managers to support culture initiatives, employee development, and internal mobility programs
- Measure engagement and communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and analytics
- Support employer branding and internal storytelling through defined or new channels
- Ensure all messaging is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with company values
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5 or higher) in HR Management, Communication, Advertising, PR, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR development, communication, hiring, or training
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the automotive industry
