HR Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and regional calendars
• Create engaging content for internal channels including email, intranet, newsletters, town halls, and presentations
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, campaigns, and events
• Partner with HR, leadership, and managers to support culture initiatives, employee development, and internal mobility programs
• Measure engagement and communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and analytics
• Support employer branding and internal storytelling through defined or new channels
• Ensure all messaging is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with company values

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 or higher) in HR Management, Communication, Advertising, PR, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR development, communication, hiring, or training

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the automotive industry
