HR Employee Services Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain relationships with external HR service providers, managing PO creation, invoice tracking, and contract compliance.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including benefits enrollment and removal across Mexico, Peru, Chile, Brazil, and Colombia.
• Provide direct support to employees regarding benefits, internal processes, and HR policies.
• Conduct detailed analysis of reports from Oracle and Coupa to support internal audits and budget optimization.
• Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to employee services.
• Support engagement initiatives and internal surveys to strengthen the employee value proposition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• 2+ years of experience in administrative HR roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proven experience in strategic vendor management and contract-based organization.
• High-impact organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and complex workflows.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and collaborative team player.
