HR Employee Partner - Site Lead

Responsibilities

• Coach and advise site leaders to build high-performing teams, manage performance, and lead change initiatives
• Partner with HR Communities of Expertise to deliver people strategies and compliance activities aligned with JAFZA frameworks
• Drive employee engagement through workforce insights, surveys, and effective handling of disciplinary and grievance matters
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies regarding hiring, restructuring, and terminations
• Manage employee and labor relations by conducting unbiased investigations and providing guidance on workplace issues
• Oversee HR operational activities including monthly payroll, time and attendance, and HRIS administration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-7 years of HR generalist and business partnering experience, preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and JAFZA or similar free zone regulations
• Proven expertise in employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution
• Experience working within complex matrix organizations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with HRIS, payroll coordination, and data-driven decision making
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI
• Experience in manufacturing, MRO, technical operations, or production environments
• Current legal right to work and live in the UAE
