About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Human Resources and accounting matters
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including ATS updates, candidate screening, and onboarding
  • Interpret and communicate company policies and procedures to all employees
  • Process Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) in a timely manner
  • Manage monthly billing statements and address inquiries from residents and families
  • Process employee payroll and analyze variances between departmental payroll and budget
  • Gather monthly accruals from department heads and produce presentation packets

Requirements

  • 2-year degree in a Business-related field (4-year degree preferred)
  • 3 years of business office experience encompassing both HR and accounting
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and basic General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Human Resources or related education
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems
