About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Human Resources and accounting matters
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including ATS updates, candidate screening, and onboarding
- Interpret and communicate company policies and procedures to all employees
- Process Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) in a timely manner
- Manage monthly billing statements and address inquiries from residents and families
- Process employee payroll and analyze variances between departmental payroll and budget
- Gather monthly accruals from department heads and produce presentation packets
Requirements
- 2-year degree in a Business-related field (4-year degree preferred)
- 3 years of business office experience encompassing both HR and accounting
- Knowledge of payroll systems and basic General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Human Resources or related education
- Knowledge of HRIS systems
