HR Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across all business functions
• Build and enhance HR policies, procedures, and employee frameworks
• Design and implement performance management and employee development strategies
• Drive employee engagement and build a strong company culture
• Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and business growth
• Analyze HR metrics and insights to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience
• Proven experience in an HR Director, Head of HR, or Senior HR Leadership role
• Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR Operations, and Organizational Development
• Proven ability to build HR strategies, systems, and processes from the ground up
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, compliance, and HR best practices
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM or HRCI certifications
