- Lead and oversee all HR functions across the organization

- Manage talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and change management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
- Previous experience as an HR Director, Head of HR, or Senior HR Manager
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations
- Experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Services, or Infrastructure industries
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Proven experience in multinational or large-scale organizations
