About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the entire HR function end-to-end, including strategy, technology, processes, and culture.
- Conduct a full audit of current compliance, compensation, and key metrics to optimize workflows using AI-driven tools.
- Define a scalable 12–18 month HR strategy, including organizational structure, role grading, and international growth plans.
- Implement essential, tech-enabled processes for onboarding, probation, and performance management.
- Build a data-driven recruitment machine, including interview guides, candidate assessment, and manager training.
- Manage global HR operations across regional hubs (Africa, LATAM, Europe, Asia) using modern payroll and EOR solutions.
- Establish a transparent system for OKRs and compensation tied to market rates and business results.
- Shape a high-performance culture centered on ownership, speed, and radical candor.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a growing team of HR Generalists and Talent Acquisition professionals.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in HR/People Ops with a track record of building HR functions from scratch in high-growth startups.
- Proven experience scaling organizations from approximately 50 to 200+ employees.
- Essential experience in Fintech, Crypto, High-Growth SaaS, or multi-regional business structures.
- Proven experience managing globally distributed teams and navigating international employment compliance.
- Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
- Intermediate+ proficiency in English.
- Strong ability to use data and metrics to drive talent strategy and organizational efficiency.
