HR Director

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership to Mexico offices across multiple locations, ensuring local strategy aligns with global business unit priorities.
• Serve as a strategic HR business partner to senior leaders, coaching and challenging management on people leadership and business execution.
• Manage the full scope of HR functions, including employee relations, compensation, employee experience, engagement, and organizational change.
• Oversee the identification, selection, and retention of world-class talent in collaboration with the talent acquisition team.
• Lead and manage a team of five HR staff members.
• Drive operational HR excellence and ensure seamless employee processes and support.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional-level HR generalist experience.
• Thorough understanding of Mexico HR practices, policies, and industry trends within a highly matrixed environment.
• Proven track record in leading HR transformations or organizational changes.
• Experience managing the full HR lifecycle and implementing local employment practices.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, multitask, and problem-solve in a constantly changing environment.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
