HR Director - Global Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a new global technology people strategy in partnership with the Chief Data and Technology Officer.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and location strategy to support a shift toward agile systems solutions.
• Oversee the establishment of a global technology capability center in India to expand enterprise capacity.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable talent management plans, addressing future functional and technical skill gaps.
• Partner with GT leadership and finance to manage annual workforce planning and talent deployment.
• Supervise day-to-day HRBP activities for the Global Technology organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience leading large-scale global functional transformations.
• Expertise in organizational design and change management.
• Strong talent management and workforce planning experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or Development.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM, PHR, or SPHR).
