Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle
- Establish HR policies, benefits programs, and performance management systems
- Foster an inclusive and diverse workplace culture
- Advise leadership on organizational design and team growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Provable HR experience
- Experience in a fast-paced startup, ideally within the Silicon Valley ecosystem
- Deep understanding of employment laws and best practices
