HR Director

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate plans for US HR matters including compensation, benefits, and health and safety
• Devise strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development
• Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics
• Supervise HR personnel and provide guidance
• Serve as the point of contact for employment relations
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
• Manage grievances, violations, and disciplinary actions
• Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
• Report to senior management using HR metrics and data analysis
• Coordinate hiring strategies with senior management

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Proven experience as an HR Director for US processes
• Excellent knowledge of US employment legislation and regulations
• Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience; Master's in Human Resources is a plus
• Previous experience in the US staffing industry is preferred
