About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop corporate plans for US HR matters including compensation, benefits, and health and safety
- Devise strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics
- Supervise HR personnel and provide guidance
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Manage grievances, violations, and disciplinary actions
- Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
- Report to senior management using HR metrics and data analysis
- Coordinate hiring strategies with senior management
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Proven experience as an HR Director for US processes
- Excellent knowledge of US employment legislation and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience; Master's in Human Resources is a plus
- Previous experience in the US staffing industry is preferred
