Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of HR operations across multiple offices, including payroll, benefits, leave, and compliance
• Partner with and mentor the internal recruiter to oversee recruiting operations and talent acquisition strategies
• Maximize UKG and other HR technologies by implementing automated workflows and lifecycle automation
• Modernize onboarding, training materials, and scalable learning programs
• Partner with managers on performance management, investigations, and employee relations
• Drive engagement and cultivate a positive company culture
• Participate in strategic decision-making as part of the management team
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Maintain a visible presence across Colorado offices through regular travel

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience managing multi-office operations with 100+ employees
• Experience in a law firm or professional services organization preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency with HRIS systems like UKG
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive technology adoption
• Deep understanding of benefits administration, payroll, and compliance
