About the role
Responsibilities
- Support HR digitalization initiatives by analyzing and improving HR data streams and systems
- Assist in identifying and developing systems to reduce data waste and increase process efficiency
- Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, reports, and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Collaborate closely with HR personnel across functions including Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and HRIS
- Contribute to special projects that enhance transparency and support HR stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program with at least two years of completed coursework
- Educational background or strong interest in data systems, data organization, or system analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a structured environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professional demeanor and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Previous experience with HRIS or database management
