HR Digitalization Intern

Responsibilities

• Support HR digitalization initiatives by analyzing and improving HR data streams and systems
• Assist in identifying and developing systems to reduce data waste and increase process efficiency
• Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, reports, and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Collaborate closely with HR personnel across functions including Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and HRIS
• Contribute to special projects that enhance transparency and support HR stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program with at least two years of completed coursework
• Educational background or strong interest in data systems, data organization, or system analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a structured environment
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professional demeanor and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Previous experience with HRIS or database management
