About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR system-related queries and issues from employees, managers, and HR staff
  • Manage and resolve tickets within the HRIS system promptly and accurately
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify opportunities for process automation and service enhancements
  • Collect, share, and transfer knowledge to strengthen internal HR expertise
  • Collaborate with various organizational units and global colleagues in Mexico and Europe to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of HR digital services

Requirements

  • Studies in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and HR administration or service sector roles
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
  • Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to communicate via email, chat, and calls
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
