About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR system-related queries and issues from employees, managers, and HR staff
- Manage and resolve tickets within the HRIS system promptly and accurately
- Perform root cause analysis to identify opportunities for process automation and service enhancements
- Collect, share, and transfer knowledge to strengthen internal HR expertise
- Collaborate with various organizational units and global colleagues in Mexico and Europe to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of HR digital services
Requirements
- Studies in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field
- Experience working with ticketing systems and HR administration or service sector roles
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to communicate via email, chat, and calls
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
