HR Digital Solutions Local Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a local partner for HR digital solutions, bridging the gap between HR, IT, and vendors to implement and optimize digital HR tools.
• Capture, structure, and prioritize business needs and enhancement requests to contribute to the local HR digital roadmap.
• Monitor and ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity within global and local HRIS tools and systems.
• Lead local and global initiatives to deploy or enhance digital HR tools, managing project plans, risks, and deliverables.
• Support change management and user adoption through training, communication, and the creation of local guidance materials.
• Provide first-line functional support for local HR teams, diagnosing issues and escalating complex problems to IT or vendors.
• Develop and maintain local dashboards and reporting templates to strengthen HR steering and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Information Systems, Digital, Business, or Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in HRIS projects and HR digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how they translate into digital tools.
• Solid project management skills with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset.
• Proven data management capabilities and a data-quality-driven approach.
• Fluency in English and experience working in an international, matrix organization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
