HR Digital Apprentice - Employee Data

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and patterns
• Prepare and present reports on HR indicators and performance
• Develop and implement data quality measures and controls
• Design and implement automated HR dashboards
• Participate in data projects and contribute to process improvement
• Maintain existing automated solutions and manage access rights
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements

• Master's degree in Data Management or a related field
• Proficiency in developing automated solutions with Power BI (Desktop, Query), Power Automate, and SQL
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in both English and French
• Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
