Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and patterns
- Prepare and present reports on HR indicators and performance
- Develop and implement data quality measures and controls
- Design and implement automated HR dashboards
- Participate in data projects and contribute to process improvement
- Maintain existing automated solutions and manage access rights
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements
- Master's degree in Data Management or a related field
- Proficiency in developing automated solutions with Power BI (Desktop, Query), Power Automate, and SQL
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in both English and French
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
