HR Development Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting offers on the group career site and various job boards
• Identify and pre-select candidates in alignment with required profiles
• Conduct recruitment interviews
• Support school relations initiatives, including forums, partnerships, and events
• Assist with the administrative onboarding of new hires and monitor their integration process
• Engage and animate the intern and apprentice community
• Organize information sessions and exchange events

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC +5) from a business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources
• Seeking a 12 or 24-month apprenticeship
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• High level of rigor and organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in English
