HR Data Technician

Responsibilities

• Act as the daily point of contact for international HR colleagues and managers, providing advisory support and HRIS process guidance.
• Maintain and enhance SAP SuccessFactors, including managing data quality and monitoring interfaces to connected systems.
• Create and continuously improve HRIS documentation, presentations, and quick guides within global knowledge repositories.
• Contribute to international HR projects focused on digitalization, reporting, global data governance, and process harmonization.
• Support international HR reporting through the creation of dashboards, analyses, and management-ready presentations.
• Participate in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, including support for global gender and equity reporting.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors release, testing, and deployment activities.

Requirements

• University-level education with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• Practical experience in HR (e.g., through internships or working student roles).
• Experience working with HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in HR reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in creating professional presentations and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the German language is a bonus.
