About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR Systems including Workday and HRIS
- Manage employee data and handle confidential information within Workday
- Support HR systems through needs analysis, research, design, testing, and deployment
- Partner with business leaders to develop technology solutions to automate HR processes
- Prepare monthly management reports, including attrition and gender diversity data
- Develop standard and ad-hoc reports for local and global mandated requirements
- Administer 201 files and HR documents in the ArchiveOne system
- Monitor ticket status and create dashboards for Compensation and Benefits systems
- Conduct orientations for new hires regarding benefits and timekeeping systems
- Ensure compliance with data privacy guidelines and government regulations
Requirements
- Degree in BS Accounting, BS Computer Science, BS Psychology, or related Science/Business field
- More than 5 years of experience as an HR Data System administrator
- Extensive knowledge of existing Data Systems and Workday preferred
- Knowledge of system guideline implementation
- Familiarity with the legal aspects of Human Resource Management
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
