About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee data across HR systems including Workday, Greenhouse, and ADP with high accuracy
- Audit data regularly to identify and correct discrepancies proactively
- Support payroll and benefits administration by ensuring accurate and timely data submission
- Coordinate system updates for onboarding, offboarding, salary changes, and promotions
- Generate employment-related documents accurately and on time
- Identify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive tasks to improve team efficiency
- Manage Hyderabad office operations, including vendor relationships, supplies, and facilities requests
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, data entry, or an administrative role
- Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to quality control
- High accuracy in data entry and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems; experience with Workday is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English with proactive communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with payroll systems such as ADP or similar platforms
- Experience with benefits administration
- Exposure to automation tools or workflow improvement processes
- Prior experience in office management or facilities coordination
