HR Data Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Update, validate, and analyze Human Resources information to ensure data quality and timely deliverables.
• Propose improvements for data management and update processes.
• Support the automation of files and reports using digital tools.
• Standardize formats and databases for the People Analytics area.
• Collaborate on descriptive and predictive analysis of HR metrics.

Requirements

• Currently studying a degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, IT, or Analytics.
• Expected graduation date of June 2027 or later.
• Availability to work 8 hours daily (Monday to Friday) for a period of 1 year.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
