HR Data Management Advisor

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate and timely employee event data changes, including hiring, onboarding, job changes, pay changes, and separations.
• Ensure data integrity of employee records through established internal control mechanisms and standard policies.
• Respond to escalated inquiries from stakeholders regarding employee lifecycle events and produce necessary documentation such as employment letters and severance agreements.
• Run regular daily and weekly reports to assess performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Identify and propose recommendations to improve operational effectiveness and business processes.
• Adhere to the Bank's risk appetite and compliance frameworks, including operational, regulatory, and AML/ATF risks.

Requirements

• Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Human Resources, or currently pursuing education in a related field.
• Proven experience with transaction processing and data management.
• Knowledge of employee data administration and end-to-end HR processes.
• Knowledge of HR transactions and organizational structures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines.
• Experience in conflict or issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

• CHRP designation is considered an asset.
• Experience working in a call center, contact center, or other customer-focused environments.
• Strong people leadership skills and experience working with teams.
