About the role
Responsibilities
- Create dashboards for variable compensation
- Participate in continuous improvement and automation projects for variable compensation
- Collaborate on the preparation of reports and presentations regarding variable compensation
- Collect and analyze HR-related information
- Ensure business requirements are translated into technological implementations that meet HR objectives and priorities
Requirements
- Active student in IT, Business Systems, Analytics, Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, or Human Resources
- Projected graduation date of June 2027 or later
- Intermediate English level
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Availability to work 30 hours per week (5 days a week)
- No plans to go on an exchange program within the next year
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Experience with Power Automate or Power Apps
- Data analysis skills
