About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and organize employee data received from municipalities and related entities.
  • Enter, update, and validate employee records accurately in Excel templates and designated HR systems.
  • Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, and validation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support data migration activities, including data preparation, mapping, verification, and uploads.
  • Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating employee records.
  • Coordinate with municipal representatives to collect missing information and resolve data-related issues.
  • Maintain project trackers, status reports, and documentation of project-related records.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all employee information and project data.

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Validation.
  • Proven experience in data entry and large-scale data management.
  • Strong expertise in data cleansing and data validation techniques.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling large volumes of information.
  • Basic understanding of HR systems and data migration concepts.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
