About the role
Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and organize employee data received from municipalities and related entities.
- Enter, update, and validate employee records accurately in Excel templates and designated HR systems.
- Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, and validation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Support data migration activities, including data preparation, mapping, verification, and uploads.
- Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating employee records.
- Coordinate with municipal representatives to collect missing information and resolve data-related issues.
- Maintain project trackers, status reports, and documentation of project-related records.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all employee information and project data.
Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Validation.
- Proven experience in data entry and large-scale data management.
- Strong expertise in data cleansing and data validation techniques.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling large volumes of information.
- Basic understanding of HR systems and data migration concepts.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
