About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience and support cultural transformation.
- Organize workshops to strengthen team cohesion, leadership alignment, and cross-entity collaboration.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an attractive employer.
- Coordinate and administer mandatory training and qualification programs, including safety and compliance.
- Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support payroll preparation, time-tracking, and the administration of employee benefits and equity programs.
- Maintain HR systems, specifically Workday, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Business or Human Resources with a specialization in HR.
- Proven experience in HR Administration.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Proficiency with HR information systems, ideally Workday.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
