HR Country Representative SAM

Responsibilities

• Drive labour relations strategy and act as the primary contact for local unions and government authorities.
• Manage local rewards strategy, including compensation reviews and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, including regulatory requirements for HR core processes and occupational health and safety.
• Represent the company in internal and external audits, manage labour suits, and interact with legal counsel.
• Lead disciplinary processes, internal enquiry procedures, and participate in the POSH IC.
• Support HR Business Partners in driving employee engagement, organizational changes, and DEI goals.
• Implement local employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in HR from a reputed institute.
• At least 15 years of professional HR experience, specifically as an HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and experience managing relations with unions and government authorities.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (written and spoken).
• Strong data and analytics skills, including proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and public speaking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Law degree is highly preferred.
