HR Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to attract premier semiconductor operator talent
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for operator requisitions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure full compliance with OFCCP regulations and all federal, state, and local employment laws
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities for recruiting-related expenses and manage vendor Purchase Orders (POs)
• Maintain precise recruiting data, including employee information, benefits records, and performance documentation
• Generate reports and analytics to monitor recruiting KPIs and inform strategic decision-making
• Provide administrative support for company events, such as holiday parties, team building, and new hire orientations

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a related field
• Proficiency in HR systems, including SAP and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (e.g., Title VII, ADA, and FMLA)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
