About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and manage pre-employment paperwork and background checks
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including orientations, equipment setup, and system access
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and perform regular auditing
- Support HR-related inquiries and assist with low-level safety or injury-related matters
- Manage badge applications, renewals, and troubleshooting for facility access
- Assist in planning and executing HQ events and all-staff meetings
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR coordination or administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of professionalism and commitment to confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with HRIS or managing complex databases
