About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and manage pre-employment paperwork and background checks
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including orientations, equipment setup, and system access
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and perform regular auditing
  • Support HR-related inquiries and assist with low-level safety or injury-related matters
  • Manage badge applications, renewals, and troubleshooting for facility access
  • Assist in planning and executing HQ events and all-staff meetings

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR coordination or administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with HRIS or managing complex databases
