About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute complex onboarding and offboarding processes, including vetting procedures and severance calculations.
- Resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Input and verify payroll data to ensure accurate service delivery and bank submission readiness.
- Maintain HR data integrity by following strict procedures for data entry into HR information systems.
- Conduct HR data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for business performance and employee engagement.
- Organize and maintain systematic documentation and correspondence for senior colleagues.
- Draft routine letters, reports, and memoranda using standard office software.
- Provide informal guidance to less experienced team members to support skill development.
Requirements
- Upper Secondary School education.
- Demonstrated experience working with straightforward procedures or systems.
- Proficiency in standard office software.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
