Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of the Human Resources Department
- Deliver a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution
- Execute assigned duties and tasks in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver on departmental plans, hotel initiatives, and targets
- Collaborate with management to control costs, inventory, and productivity
- Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation and due diligence requirements
