Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires globally
- Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts and amendments in line with local legislation
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS ensuring data integrity
- Create and maintain ad hoc HR reports and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets
- Support offboarding processes including resignation acceptance and exit documentation
- Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration across different regions
- Support the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and templates
- Provide general administrative support to the broader HR team
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR administration or coordinator role
- Experience within a startup, scaleup, or technology environment preferred
- Solid understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
- Exposure to multi-jurisdictional employment practices
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and productivity tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high discretion
