About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HR topics and processes related to Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast new hires.
- Manage and execute efficient new-hire onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support the implementation and application of HR policies across all business units.
- Maintain knowledge of local employment legislation to ensure company policy adherence.
- Create and maintain files, spreadsheets, and Employee Central query reports to ensure data accuracy for organization charts and salary reports.
- Organize and track documentation associated with the annual performance review process.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 2-3 years of professional HR experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using SAP.
- Demonstrated success coordinating multiple HR projects in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
