About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
- Assist with candidate communication and recruitment logistics
- Prepare new hire paperwork and conduct orientation sessions
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Process documentation for benefits and payroll changes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
Requirements
