About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all onboarding activities including scheduling, paperwork, and new hire communication
  • Support training initiatives by scheduling, tracking attendance, and managing materials
  • Maintain employee personnel files, medical files, and compliance documentation
  • Update employee information in HRIS and provide general administrative support
  • Assist with employee relations documentation and note-taking
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding onboarding and HR procedures
  • Post communication materials throughout the plant

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support
  • Associate degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing or high-volume production environments
  • Experience supporting training or onboarding programs
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms
  • Familiarity with union and non-union workplaces
