HR Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources team
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and leaves of absence
• Maintain team member databases and prepare necessary HR reports
• Coordinate leave of absence administration and timekeeping/payroll processes
• Oversee contractor-to-employee conversion processes in partnership with Talent Acquisition
• Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline administrative processes and create documentation
• Maintain HR knowledge management resources such as Notion pages and internal FAQs
• Document and recommend improvements to HR workflows and processes

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related function
• Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) to improve productivity and documentation
• Experience creating process documentation, SOPs, or Quick Reference Guides
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of HR systems, compliance rules, and employment regulations
• Familiarity with leave administration, timekeeping, and payroll coordination
