HR Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed vendor overviews and databases to support informed decision-making
• Support the development of vendor management platforms and IT landscapes for change request management
• Engage in RfI and RfP initiatives, evaluating vendor submissions to identify suitable organizational options
• Participate in vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions
• Identify potential risks in vendor relationships and contribute to mitigation strategies
• Verify vendor invoices to ensure alignment with contractual terms and deliveries
• Provide contractual background knowledge to support operational tasks and change requests

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, legal, or project management (preferably within HR)
• Strong financial mindset to manage and understand contract implications
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional networks
• Fluency in English is essential
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to complex, dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in German is a plus
