HR Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive HR assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies
• Implement MENAiTech solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients in the MENA region
• Provide guidance on HR best practices, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on HR processes and MENAiTech tools
• Stay informed about market trends, legal regulations, and human resources developments in the MENA region
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Consultant
• Strong focus on MENAiTech solutions
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices specific to the MENA region
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in change management and organizational development initiatives
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred
• Willingness to travel within the MENA region as needed
