Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive HR assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies
- Implement MENAiTech solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients in the MENA region
- Provide guidance on HR best practices, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on HR processes and MENAiTech tools
- Stay informed about market trends, legal regulations, and human resources developments in the MENA region
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Consultant
- Strong focus on MENAiTech solutions
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices specific to the MENA region
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in change management and organizational development initiatives
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred
- Willingness to travel within the MENA region as needed
