HR Compensation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop compensation strategies that align with corporate needs and market studies
• Collaborate with local HR branches to define grading systems, compensation structures, and incentive plans
• Monitor market practices to ensure the competitiveness of company offers
• Prepare analytical reports regarding staff compensation levels and policy effectiveness
• Support the management of the annual salary review process
• Coordinate with external providers for the management of compensation surveys
• Promote a culture of transparency and clear communication regarding compensation systems

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically within compensation
• Proficiency in both French and English is essential
• Excellent MS Excel skills and general proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in the French market or professional experience abroad is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the energy or infrastructure sectors
• Experience managing international compensation structures in a global company environment
