About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis on compensation statistics, internal equity, and salary surveys
- Support the International Compensation Review (ICR) process and LVMH job mapping
- Manage Gender Pay Gap reporting and EU Pay Transparency compliance
- Coordinate data for annual social and environmental reporting
- Perform regular audits to ensure global data standards and HRIS integrity
- Empower regional leadership with reporting capabilities and visual dashboards
- Act as a key user for SuccessFactors and manage HRIS roll-out projects
- Coordinate with the Global HRIS team for requirements gathering and UAT
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Analytics or Compensation & Benefits
- Experience with SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle
- Advanced Excel skills and interest in Business Intelligence
- Understanding of data quality dimensions and naming conventions
- Familiarity with European labor reporting (Gender Pay Gap, Pay Transparency)
- Fluent in English and Italian
