HR Compensation & Benefits Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis on compensation statistics, internal equity, and salary surveys
• Support the International Compensation Review (ICR) process and LVMH job mapping
• Manage Gender Pay Gap reporting and EU Pay Transparency compliance
• Coordinate data for annual social and environmental reporting
• Perform regular audits to ensure global data standards and HRIS integrity
• Empower regional leadership with reporting capabilities and visual dashboards
• Act as a key user for SuccessFactors and manage HRIS roll-out projects
• Coordinate with the Global HRIS team for requirements gathering and UAT

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Analytics or Compensation & Benefits
• Experience with SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle
• Advanced Excel skills and interest in Business Intelligence
• Understanding of data quality dimensions and naming conventions
• Familiarity with European labor reporting (Gender Pay Gap, Pay Transparency)
• Fluent in English and Italian
