HR Comms & Engagement Co-op

Responsibilities

• Draft content for employee newsletters and leader communications
• Create original written and graphic design content for internal social communities
• Plan and provide on-site support for employee events
• Support virtual events and engagement activities
• Develop and manage new projects or programs in support of Comcast Business HR and employees

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University with a cooperative learning track
• Available for a 6-month full-time term (September 22, 2026 – March 26, 2027)
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs
• Ability to report in-person to the Philadelphia, PA office

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including writing and editing
• Experience or interest in event planning and project management
• Skills in graphic design
• Pursuing majors in Communications, Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or Hospitality
