About the role
Responsibilities
- Support personnel administration including managing employee entries and exits
- Collect and control payroll data and coordinate with social organizations
- Draft employment contracts, amendments, and end-of-contract documents
- Manage sick leave, leave tracking, and health insurance/provident fund affiliations
- Update HR tools such as Opteam, Egencia, Meta 4, and Chronos
- Contribute to the preparation of the Skills Development plan
- Assist in implementing internal and external training programs while optimizing costs
- Handle training logistics, including organization, invitations, and follow-ups
- Manage reporting related to training and maintain exchanges with training bodies
Requirements
- Student in a Business School or University (BAC+3/+5) specializing in Human Resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong command of Excel
- Ideally, initial experience working with HRIS (SIRH)
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage priorities
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
