HR Business Partnering Working Student

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners and HR operations management in daily operational tasks
• Assist in the creation of HR documents and conduct research on specialized topics
• Contribute to the standardization and optimization of HR processes
• Perform independent analysis and structured preparation of personnel data for reports and evaluations
• Maintain and ensure the quality of personnel data within HR systems
• Support the planning, organization, and execution of workshops and events

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field with a focus on HR or Organization
• Strong interest in operational HR work and human resources processes
• Structured, diligent, and independent working style
• Analytical thinking skills and comfort working with data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good command of both German and English
