HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruitment to ensure quality placements for both bulk and leadership positions
• Manage the end-to-end employee induction and onboarding process for all new hires
• Drive employee engagement by resolving queries proactively and implementing reward and recognition programs
• Support talent management through performance appraisal calibration, KPI maintenance, and personal development planning
• Execute retention strategies by conducting skip meetings, one-on-ones, and analyzing exit interview trends
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, misconduct cases, and CCMA representation
• Maintain HR analytics and documentation to support decision-making and business reviews

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience
• Proven knowledge of South African labour legislation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to work night/graveyard shifts consistently

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a BPO or call center environment
• Strong background in leadership coaching and organizational development
• Experience with competency-based selection tools and HR reporting
