HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruitment to ensure quality placements for bulk and leadership positions
• Manage employee induction, on-boarding, and proactive query resolution to reduce early attrition
• Drive employee engagement and manage performance appraisal cycles and probation periods
• Implement retention strategies through regular employee touchpoints and exit interview analysis
• Maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders including Operations, Shared Services, and L&D
• Compile and analyze HR analytics to optimize decision-making and support operational plans
• Facilitate accurate HR and IR administration and documentation

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate
• Relevant qualification in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology
• Proven experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role
• Sound working knowledge of South African labour legislation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to work onsite during US night shift hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a BPO or contact centre environment
• Experience with recruitment for bulk positions and competency-based selection tools
