HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Coach and advise managers on HR-related topics, including talent development and organizational evolution
• Contribute to site operational results by managing headcount, monitoring absenteeism, and deploying improvement plans
• Coordinate talent development tools, recruitment processes, and onboarding standards
• Manage training needs and identify internal trainers to develop employee competencies
• Oversee health, safety, and working conditions, including the deployment of Quality of Life at Work policies
• Drive employee engagement through the deployment of action plans and engagement methodologies
• Maintain a positive social climate and manage relations with union representatives
• Handle personal administration, including overtime, attendance, and payroll validation support
• Lead internal communication actions and campus management activities to enhance employer branding

Requirements

• Business or Administration Degree (Master's preferred)
• Proficiency in Google Drive and general programming skills
• English language proficiency at a C1 level
• Fluency in the local language
• Result-oriented mindset with a commitment to teamwork in an international environment
• Professionalism, transparency, and a passion for HR topics
