About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner for managers regarding all personnel and labor law issues throughout the employee lifecycle
- Support organizational and team development to strengthen collaboration and company culture
- Accompany change management processes and support transformations
- Optimize and continuously develop HR processes
- Participate in cross-departmental HR projects and initiatives
- Collaborate closely with HR specialists (Recruiting, L&D, C&B) and the works council
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration with an HR focus or comparable training
- 3-6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent
- Very good knowledge of labor and social security law
- Strong organizational skills and service orientation
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- High level of accuracy, reliability, and discretion
