Responsibilities
- Own all processes for onboarding, engagement, productivity, and exit for all corporate employees
- Handle all non-recruitment HR activities
- Report directly to the Head of HR / Founder
Requirements
- 2+ years of HRBP experience in product-based startups
- High expertise in Excel-based tracking and data management
- Strong communication and rallying skills
- Energetic personality
