HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies, processes, and general inquiries.
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into people plans and use data to interpret engagement and attrition statistics.
• Support routine employee relations matters, including gathering information for investigations and maintaining proper documentation.
• Assist with the rollout of performance management cycles and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Manage the employee lifecycle process, including promotions, transfers, and exits, while maintaining accurate data in Workday.
• Support talent acquisition by partnering with hiring managers to scope requirements and providing backup recruitment support.
• Assist with annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and job evaluations through data preparation and accuracy reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical HR experience.
• Experience working with HRIS (Workday preferred) and AI tools.
• Proven experience analyzing people data and translating insights into actionable business decisions.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation, employee relations basics, performance management, and compensation fundamentals.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-country environment across diverse APAC markets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the e-commerce or technology industries.
• Prior experience as an HR Generalist.
